I have not been to Hong Kong for a while but the last time I went back, I went to the shop and noticed they don't really have a big range... I can't remember the prices of packs but I think they are not as cheap as buying on the internet. The only thing I bought was a 100 count box of 9 pocket sleeves and it was HKD$150.
I am going later this year so I would like to know where to go as well.
