Why the hell didn't Curt Schilling make it for the AL, he is having one of his best seasons!

Actually its also because he wouldn't commit to pitch 2 innings in the game and Ozzie would only choose players who would commit to that. Buehrle got lit up for 11 runs today/

All-Star game is a freaking joke. Francisco Liriano and Nomar Garciaparra are having amazing seasons. Let me just put out some stats.

Francisco Liriano, Twins (8-1, 1.99 ERA)
Nomar Garciaparra, Dodgers (.361, 10 HR, 47 RBI)

You are telling me those guys aren't worthy of making an all-star team when you have guys like Mark Redman, Royals (5-4, 5.59 ERA) and Paul Lo Duca, Mets (.286 BA, 3 HR, 24 RBI) who make the team? Even if they are fan voted, just look at Liriano's stats. 8-1 with a 1.99 ERA, you have to be kidding me and tell me thats not all-star worthy. That is Cy Young worthy! And then Nomar hitting .361, leading the NL in batting average with 47 RBI's! Give me a freaking break.

9-1 for Liarano he shutout the Brewers today through 8 innings

he'll make the team as the fan extra as should Nomar

not a Yankee fan but Giambi carried the Yanks alot of this year

I like the Whitesox have Two first basemen on the team

Fans don't vote for pitchers

Mussina, Liriano, Hafner, Garciaparra, and Ross (Catcher for Cinci) all should be All-Stars

Was referring to the other vote, but Schilling wasn't on the tally I believe. Glad to see Garciaparra make it, though.
